Job Title: EPI Maintenance Technician

Salary: £50,719 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance)
Working Hours: Continental 4 on 4 off rotational days and nights

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure minimal downtime

  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks to maintain equipment reliability

  • Accurately document all repairs and maintenance activities in the appropriate logbooks and reports

  • Efficiently manage spare parts to prevent wastage and ensure availability

  • Support and supervise apprentices and trainees to ensure high-quality work standards

  • Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams to address issues and identify improvements

  • Assist with equipment modifications and improvement projects

  • Ensure machine checks and calibrations are completed to specification

  • Follow work instructions, maintenance operating procedures (MOPs), and safety protocols

  • Promote and contribute to 5S and continuous improvement activities

  • Proactively maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all Health & Safety regulations

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Recognised Electrical qualification is essential

  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance processes

  • Effective problem-solving skills

  • High levels of motivation, resilience, and ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Additional Information:

This role requires flexibility to work rotational day and night shifts as part of a continental 4 on 4 off pattern. Occasional additional duties may be assigned in line with operational requirements.
