As one of our HR Administrative Assistants, you will undertake a range of administrative duties to support the work of the Human Resources team and provide a welcoming reception service, working within our values to ensure the organisation meets its people objectives. We are looking for someone who can work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week (Wednesdays and Thursdays 8:30am-5pm with a 1-hour unpaid rest break and Fridays 8:30am-4:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid rest break). Key aspects of the role include providing a customer focused and efficient reception service for the HR team, dealing with enquiries from staff and members of the public either in person, by telephone or email. There is a recruitment focus to the role which includes processing applications, drafting correspondence, preparing paperwork, making arrangements for interviews and obtaining required data.You will also need to maintain filing records and accurately log information on our databases. There is also a requirement to be flexible within this role in terms of supporting the wider HR team with ad hoc projects. Maintaining profesionalism and confidentiality at all times is imperitive within the role and the HR team.
