What you'll do

We are looking for a creative and passionate Lecturer to help develop and deliver our exciting new Esports provision, you will be delivering across our Level 2 and 3 programmes.
There may also be teaching across other aspects of our IT and Computing provision to support our growing faculty.
We are looking for individuals with relevant industry experience, which you will pass on to develop our students to be industry and work ready. Ideally you will have teaching experience, however if you are looking to start a career in teaching we can support you to be a great teacher.

We are looking for people who:

• Have energy, enthusiasm and passion for education and the Esports industry and a comprehensive understanding of where and how it could take our young people as a career option. You will also bring broad experience of competitive gaming and the online gaming community and ideas as to how to utilise this knowledge and passion to inspire young people.
• Are passionate about teaching in the FE sector
• Are committed to ensuring our students make the best progress possible
• Are able to work in a demanding and changing environment
