As a Catering Assistant with ISS UK, you will be at the forefront of delivering a world-class service, creating a welcoming environment for every customer.
Alongside serving food and ensuring high service standards, you’ll play a key role in supporting the on-site team - helping with front-of-house (FOH) duties and assisting with hospitality tasks, including preparing, setting up, and clearing rooms as needed.
The Role
Make specialty drinks and serve food
Keep the service and back of house areas in a clean and safe condition
Take ownership of your workplace and constantly seek to improve the service
Process customer transactions using till system
Ensure the highest standard and quality of all food & drink
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas

Experience working in a customer focused environment

Be able to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
