Crynodeb
To provide senior operational leadership across both Trust PFI projects, Estates and Capital departments. The post holder will provide strong and responsive contract management and develop the requisite governance arrangements to underpin the requirements, to achieve LFRS deadlines. Will represent the Trust in contract discussions and negotiations as well as disputes (major and minor) with service providers and contractors, which may become highly contentious or challenging.
