£12.48 per hour, fully home working, ongoing contract with the opportunity to be made permanent after 3 months, weekly pay - inbound and outbound calls: lead follow up, retention of customers thinking about leaving, sales.

you must within 35 miles of Perth or Glasgow

Start Date: August

You will receive full training for this remote working role and all equipment required - you just need wifi and a quiet space to work. (a chair and desk set up)

Working 37-40hrs per week Monday - Saturday (2 Saturdays over a 6 week period), shifts fall within the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday - Fridays (9 late shifts over a 6 week period).

Standard hours: £12.48 per hour, overtime: £18.72 per hour. Monthly bonus based on sales generated.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Inbound and outbound sales and retention calls
• Logging customer notes on the systems
• Signing new customers to products, up-selling products and service
• Offering new deals and solutions to customers
• Taking full ownership of a call, ensuring the customer receives the highest levels of customer service
• Following up on leads generated by your colleagues

What you'll bring with you:

• Excellent IT skills, you will be required to navigate several systems
• Phone based customer service skills, ideally contact centre experience
• Listening skills, able to identify customer needs and offer solutions
• Sales experience and drive to succeed

Essential: wifi and a work station set up at home to be successful in this role.
