Salary: £27,000 rising to £30,000 (inclusive of shift allowance)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: 24/5 Rotating – 12.5-Hour Day & Night Shifts (Average 40 Hours per Week)

About Us

Pharma Site Services is a specialist provider of GMP-compliant cleaning and contamination control solutions to the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. We are recruiting nine (9) dedicated and detail-oriented GMP Pharmaceutical Cleaners to support cleanroom operations at a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Walton Road, Morpeth.

Role Overview

In this role, you will work in highly controlled cleanroom environments, carrying out essential cleaning and contamination control processes in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). You’ll be contributing directly to the production of life-saving pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks in GMP-classified areas
• Maintain accurate cleaning logs and documentation
• Follow strict hygiene, safety, and contamination control procedures
• Wear full PPE and uphold cleanroom discipline at all times
• Collaborate effectively within a structured, site-based team

Shift Pattern – 3-Week Rotating Cycle (12.5-Hour Shifts)

• Shift Duration: 12.5 hours
• Average Weekly Hours: 40 hours
• Rotating Day and Night Shifts
• A full UK driving licence is essential – the site is not accessible by public transport

Salary & Benefits

• Starting salary: £27,000 per annum
• Rising to: £30,000 (inclusive of shift allowance)

Candidate Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Comfortable working in sterile environments and wearing full PPE
• Capable of maintaining accurate records and compliance logs
• Previous experience in GMP, cleanroom, or pharmaceutical settings is desirable but
not essential
• Full UK driving licence is required due to lack of public transport access
