Manufacturing Operative

Shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm OR 8:00am – 4:00pm (Monday to Friday – No Weekends!)
We’re currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives to join our clients growing team at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Stoke-on-Trent. These are full-time, permanent positions with immediate starts available.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow all health & safety procedures and report any hazards or defects
Carry out product quality checks in line with ISO and SOP requirements
Maintain excellent housekeeping and safety in your work area
Collaborate with your team to ensure production targets are met
Operate hand tools, air/power tools, and measuring tools (1mm tolerance)
Read and follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Take responsibility for work progress and quality
Engage in feedback and continuous improvement processes
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced production environment
A strong work ethic with a keen eye for detail
Skilled in using tools and measuring equipment
Physically able to lift and move materials safely
A proactive, team-oriented approach
What is on Offer:
Permanent, full-time roles – no agency, no zero-hours
Competitive hourly rates: £12.21 – £14.00, depending on experience
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (pro-rated for part time colleagues & if you join after January)
3 x company shutdown days for Christmas
