What you’ll do:
- Deliver a consistent 5-star customer service experience across all front-of-house, reception, and facilities support functions.
- Build strong, professional relationships with stakeholders, including clients, customers, service partners, and colleagues.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment through regular floor walks and adherence to site rules.
- Provide first-line support and triage for facilities and meeting room services, including AV and catering assistance.
- Adapt flexibly to evolving business needs, supporting reception, inductions, events, and general office duties as required.
- Be the sites 'go-to for providing information and assistance
What you bring:
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative with a strong can-do attitude
- Excellent communicator and good listener with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Resilient and flexible, with a hands-on approach to delivering great service.
- Reliable team player with experience collaborating effectively with others.
- Detail-oriented and IT literate, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient with Office 365, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
