Known for delivering tailored claims solutions and exceptional service, this organisation fosters a collaborative environment with a clear focus on quality, integrity, and professional development.
Your new role
In this position, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of property claims across the UK, from initial instruction through to resolution. Your work will involve investigating and evaluating claims, gathering supporting documentation, and coordinating with external parties such as loss adjusters, surveyors and legal professionals.
You'll provide timely and clear updates to policyholders and brokers, while balancing commercial considerations and policy coverage. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring claims are handled in compliance with internal protocols and regulatory standards will be key.
You'll also contribute to departmental reviews, attend internal and external meetings as required, and offer support to related areas of the business.

You'll demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation, alongside excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing cases. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, is expected, and a solutions-oriented mindset will help you succeed in this dynamic environment.
What you'll get in return
You'll be joining a highly regarded claims team within a company that values expertise, initiative and service excellence.
