2. About the role: Come and join a dedicated and welcoming short-term let licensing team, focused on ensuring that accommodation in Argyll and Bute meets all requirements and are safe. This post is ideally based in Lochgilphead or Oban, but there is flexibility depending on the successful candidate. You will deal with complex applications, prepare and present reports to Committee, inspect accommodation to ensure compliance; liaise with hosts, other agencies and the public, investigate complaints and support teh Team Lead and other team members . Previous experience in a similar role enforcing standards or experience working in environmental health or licensing roles would be beneficial but training will be provided to the successful candidate
