Design, build, test, and implement digital solutions in line with current policy and guidance.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance through regular reviews and updates, ensuring solutions remain effective and user-focused.
Offer third-line support for technical queries submitted via ICST HelpPoint, using specialist knowledge and research.
Engage in continuous learning through training and collaboration with internal and external Power Platform communities to stay current with best practices and emerging tools.
Work closely with the Service Desk Manager, Power Platform community, SharePoint Admin Team, Security Team, O365 Digital Skills Manager, and end users to understand needs and deliver high-quality service.
