Crynodeb
Arrive, amend and cancel patient appointments in line with practice appointments procedures. Answering telephone calls, taking messages, ensuring all are actioned / redirected / documented Produce repeat prescriptions according to practice procedures and ensure timely completion of the scripts for the clinicians on a daily basis. Responding to requests or queries for support as they arise in an appropriate and timely manner Ensure up-to-date maintenance of computerised and manual filing systems Opening & Closing surgery Post - open / sort Raise blood forms Be able to cover all reception positions as necessary Process appointment requests for today/future appointments from patients by telephone via AskmyGP. Have working knowledge of telephone system Team work
