An opportunity as arrisen to recruit 2 x Planner/ andamp; Administration Officers to join an established team within Housing Maintenance.andnbsp;
1 x 37 hour post worked over 5 days Mon -Fri
1 x 22 hour post worked over 3 days on Mon, Thurs and Friandnbsp;
**Please note the role is eligible to be part of the Counciland#39;s flexi scheme but the teamandnbsp; are required to work on a rota basis covering hours between 7:30am - 16:30pm**
Duties include liaising with tenants, alongside agencies, suppliers and internal customers in scheduling of Housing repair appointments. Communicate details and any changes with tenants, trade operatives and staff within the Council, as required.andnbsp; Also to provide a prompt and high-quality service to customers, predominantly by telephone contact, by e-mail and through digital channels, booking in and rearranging appointments.andnbsp;
