Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness and complex needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Management Worker to join our team.

Our Homeless Service Team help provide holistic support, care and rehabilitation opportunities for our customers who need it most. As a Housing Management Worker you will deal with all aspects of the Housing Management function, ensuring a high quality professional service is delivered and customer care standards are maintained for Homeless Service clients.

Specifically, you will ensure supported accommodation properties are fit for purpose, undertaken inspections and fire safety checks, liaise with income teams, key workers and other colleagues across the business, on things like rent and service charges, client support and communications, and all aspects of administration and management of housing admissions and customer experience.

This role will also include an element of administration tasks to support the team, therefore proficient IT skills would be beneficial.

We are looking for someone who holds a level 2 qualification (GCSE or equivalent), ideally in a relevant field for the role, and has demonstratable skills in IT, particularly Microsoft Office programs. As a Housing Management Worker you will possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide life skills and guidance to others. Customer service experience is essential as you will be delivering a high standard service to our customers and clients who use Coastline's Homeless Service.

If you have experience working with individuals within the social care sector, or individuals with mental health and/or substance misuse support needs this would be an advantage, however we welcome applications from those who don't have this experience but have a passion for supporting people. Experience of working within housing management or an accommodation setting would also be advantageous.

An enhanced DBS check and full driving licence are essential for this role.

If you are committed to creating positive change and supporting those in need, we encourage you to apply. Please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and motivation for this role. Please use the covering letter as an opportunity to show us how you meet the competencies and skills required for this role and anything you think highlights how you are a good fit for Coastline.

Please note that although we have indicated the closing date below, we may close the vacancy at an earlier time. We encourage you to submit your application as soon as you can.

Closing Date: 14 July 2025
