Are you an inspiring and dedicated teacher with a passion for nurturing student growth and fostering a positive learning environment? The Holmesdale School is seeking a talented Nurture Teacher to join our thriving and productive school, which was recently graded 'Good' by Ofsted in all categories. This exciting new role has become available due to our increasing popularity and offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our students.

As a Nurture Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a suitable nurture curriculum tailored to meet the specific needs of small groups of KS3 students. Your ability to create a stimulating learning environment and effectively differentiate your approach will be key to their success. You will continuously review teaching methods, schemes of work, and resources to ensure the curriculum remains dynamic and effective.

We are looking for an individual with Qualified Teacher Status and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and learning. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team, and a commitment to safeguarding children. You will be adept at assessing individual pupil needs, maintaining accurate records, and effectively communicating with parents to encourage their participation in their child's education.

This role offers the chance to contribute to the personal and social education of pupils, promoting their general progress and wellbeing. You will provide guidance and advice, and maintain good order and discipline, safeguarding their health and safety.
