Visiting customers sites on a regular basis, acting as the first point of
contact for technical support issues, managing the IT
infrastructure. Respond to customer requests and assist
them with hardware or software problems. Log and
address any software or hardware problems detected
while on site. Provide a high degree of customer
service for all support issues, on-site or remotely.
Building and installing new PCs and laptops, configuring
landlines. Checking and updating lists on systems,
computers. Support senior members of the IT Team
with the implementation of new systems and projects.
Perform daily systems checks to ensure they are
running effectively; escalate where required. Adapt to
new software and services as the business introduce
them. Installing and configuring computers. Diagnosing
