We are seeking a dedicated Building Works Surveyor S03 - Interims to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and managing various building projects to ensure they meet industry standards and regulations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the planning and execution phases, ensuring that all works comply with building codes and safety regulations. As a Building Works Surveyor, you will also conduct regular site inspections, analyze project specifications, and provide detailed reports on your findings. Responsibilities
Conduct detailed surveys of building projects to assess requirements and compliance.

Evaluate project progress and identify any potential risks or issues.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in building surveying or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software tools for surveying and project management.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Pay Per Hour: £32.41
