Crynodeb
A lovely family based in London is seeking a full-time Nanny to care for their school-aged children. They are looking for someone warm, experienced, and nurturing, with a strong understanding of baby weaning and key early development milestones. A genuine passion for childhood development is essential. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in childcare. A confident driver with a full driving licence is also required for this role.
A valid first aid qualification is required for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am/10:00 am to 7:00 pm (off-term). Work schedule split across 2 schedules, 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm, 8:00 am to 9:00 am, 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Duties include:
Tidying up and maintaining a clean and organised environment
Supervising the children and ensuring their safety at all times
Planning and engaging in arts and crafts activities
Reading books and encouraging a love for storytelling
Assisting with homework and school-related tasks
Taking the children to parks and playgrounds
Organising sports and other motor skills development activities
Accompanying the children on special outings, such as visits to museums and the zoo
Managing the children’s laundry and clothing care
Making the children’s beds and changing bed linen as needed
Tidying and maintaining the children’s rooms and bathrooms
Organising and cleaning the children’s play area
Loading, running, and emptying the dishwasher
They are looking for someone who can start immediately.
