About the Role:
As a Bar Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience—mixing signature cocktails, serving elevated bar food, and creating memorable moments in both Fire and Club Brass. We're looking for confident, creative individuals who love hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve exceptional cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverages

  • Provide warm, attentive, and personalised service at the bar and tables

  • Deliver discreet and exclusive service in Club Brass

  • Assist with food service, ensuring presentation and timing are on point

  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels behind the bar

  • Stay informed about our drinks menu and seasonal specials

  • Ensure full compliance with licensing, safety, and hygiene standards

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a high-end bar, cocktail lounge, or luxury hospitality setting

  • Strong mixology knowledge and a love of great drinks and food

  • Polished communication and presentation

  • A calm, efficient, and team-focused attitude
