Apprentice Sales Negotiator – Ideal for a School Leaver
We are looking for a confident and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Sales Negotiator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a school leaver to gain hands-on experience in the property and business sales sector. No prior experience is required—full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and making calls to clients and prospects
Listing and marketing residential and commercial properties
Managing property databases and client records
Using Microsoft Word, Excel, and internal systems
Supporting the sales team in achieving targets
Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
✅ Requirements:
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, database use)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full UK driving licence (preferred, but not essential for the first 12 months)
Smart appearance and professional attitude
Good time management and willingness to learn
Target-driven and enthusiastic
What We Offer:
Apprenticeship position paid at National Minimum Wage (£7.55/hour for under 19s or first-year apprentices)
Weekly pay
6-month probation period
