Location: Skegness
Pay: £13.30 per hour
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off - 6:00am to 6:00pm
Experience: Not required - full training provided
We are currently recruiting Quality Assurance Operatives to join our team in Skegness. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are detail-focused and looking to start or grow a career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities: Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards Accurately record and report quality data Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Communicate effectively with the production team Requirements: Good literacy and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to follow procedures consistently Reliable and able to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 4 on / 4 off schedule No previous QA experience needed - full training provided Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of £13.30 Consistent shift pattern (work-life balance) Full training and support Opportunity to develop quality control skills Why Join The Best Connection?
