This role is in-person position only and is based at Lancaster University Students’ Union, on the Lancaster University campus. Lancaster University Students’ Union is a student focused charity which operates independently from Lancaster University.

What you’ll be doing

We are looking for a Welcome Desk Assistant to provide support to our students and university colleagues. You will be the first point of contact for anyone entering the Students’ Union. Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

About you

To be a great fit for us you will need to bring experience of front-line customer service and the ability to communicate with our students and wider community using a variety of channels as required.
