What you'll do
As a Credit Risk Portfolio Insight Manager, you’ll support the business by designing, developing and maintaining effective, actionable credit risk management information, and you’ll provide the business and other senior stakeholders with analytically driven insight to support credit risk strategy.
You’ll also:
- Design, develop and maintain effective credit risk management information
- Make sure that the personal and private credit risk portfolios continue to perform within risk limit frameworks
- Drive active and effective change management through the successful design, development and delivery of key strategic initiatives
- Manage stakeholders across a diverse matrix structure
- Provide insight and challenge where appropriate, driving the automation agenda
- Work across operational model development teams and with other sources to extract and provide actionable insights on the credit risk in the bank's portfolio
The skills you'll need
To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience with coding languages, coupled with excellent analytical skills and experience in data driven analysis.
You’ll also need:
- An understanding of the banking industry, its risk management, and the regulatory requirements required, in particular credit risk
- Strong project management skills and a desire to continuously improve
- The ability to work as a team and with stakeholders
- A strong ability to explain technical subject matters to a non-technical audience
