What skills and experience we're looking for
• We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are deeply committed to supporting the learning and development of all children, with a strong belief in every child’s ability to succeed.
• Ideal candidates will bring a positive, flexible attitude and be adaptable to work across different areas of the school as needed.
• A good standard of literacy and numeracy is essential to effectively support teaching and learning in the classroom.
• Previous experience working with children across the primary age range is highly desirable. NVQ Level 3 is desirable although we welcome applications from both experienced and inexperienced candidates.

• The role requires someone who is reflective in their practice and continually looks for ways to improve outcomes for learners.

The successful candidate will work alongside teaching staff to support the delivery of high-quality classroom practice, provide targeted support to individual pupils or small groups, and contribute to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
