Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an experienced School Business Manager who shares our very high expectations of everyone in our community, who will enjoy working as a member of a friendly and creative team, and who takes a solution-focused approach.
Applicants will require:
Degree or equivalent related professional qualification (qualifications below degree level will be considered if applicant demonstrates solid experience and evidence of continuous professional development).
Successful leadership and management experience in a school or relevant field
Experience of HR, recruitment and payroll procedures
Experience of data protection compliance procedures
Experience of fundraising and grant applications
Expert knowledge of financial management and experience of financial/administrative systems
Ability to communicate a vision and inspire others
Ability to build effective working relationships
Experience in producing reports and advising the findings to Senior Leaders, Governors and other stakeholders
Experience of premises, health and safety and facilities management
