What skills and experience we're looking for
Key Requirements:
• Be an outstanding leader
• Have a sophisticated understanding of school improvement, teaching and learning.
• Have an up to date understanding of curriculum design and innovation and be able to lead further developments that will personalise the learning for all students.
• Have a proven track record in self-evaluation and professional learning.
• Have substantial recent experience in school leadership, including leading whole school developments.
• Be committed to the concept of ‘Every Child Matters’ and ‘Learning Outside the Classroom’.
• Be an innovative, independent and strategic thinker with vision and fresh ideas.
• Be willing to contribute to our wide and varied programme of curricular and extracurricular activities.
