Responsibilities
Lead and manage all service operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Develop, implement, and refine service strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor service performance metrics and continuously seek improvement opportunities.
Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within service teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance service offerings.
Conduct regular reviews of service processes to identify areas for improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for client and stakeholder inquiries related to service.
Prepare and present reports on service performance to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a service management or leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing service delivery in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective service strategies.
Experience in project management and familiarity with relevant tools and methodologies.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Day: £454.59
