Hays have partnered with a renowned UK wealth management firm to appoint an experienced Programme Manager to an initial 6-month piece of work. With the option of a day-rate contract or FTC on offer, this is an exceptional opportunity for experienced Senior PM and Programme professionals with broad transformation experience in the wealth and investment management space.
Length: 6 months + potential to extend
Contract type: Day rate OR FTC on offer
Rate/Salary: £800/day inside via Umbrella OR £125k
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Closing Date: Tuesday 01/07 @ 12pm
Your new role and what you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced Programme Management or Senior Project professional, with a background in wealth and investment management organisations. Your programme and project experience will be diverse across a broad range of transformation work, and some of your core skills will include:
- Providing control, planning, direction, oversight, monitoring and reporting of the programme and all projects/workstreams within it.
- Identifying, mitigating, and communicating all risks with the potential to impact the programme and wider business
- Working closely with the transformation office to enable them to maintain an accurate plan of the change programme, and carry out line management of change management staff
- An extensive working history in wealth management will be essential, with experience in significant programmes of work on the buy-side also being highly regarded.
