Job DetailsPosition: Venue Cleaning Team Leader
Type: Part-Time / Seasonal – 5am – 9am, working 5 days over 7 (including weekends)
Pay Rates: Up to £13.21 per hour
Join our One Great Team as a Venue Cleaning Team Leader, where you’ll lead, support, and motivate a team of cleaners to deliver spotless, welcoming spaces for every guest and owner– all before the day even begins!
In this early-morning role, you’ll be right at the heart of our cleaning operation. You’ll make sure all public areas, event spaces, and facilities are clean, safe, and guest-ready by opening time. From coaching your team to upholding standards and ensuring compliance, you'll help create a venue everyone’s proud of.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of cleaners to ensure high standards across all venue spaces.
- Carry out quality checks, giving constructive feedback and hands-on support as needed.
- Monitor stock of cleaning products and equipment, ensuring they’re used and stored safely.
- Ensure the cleaning team follows all health, safety, and compliance guidelines.
- Support the smooth handover to day operations after morning shifts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Confident in leading a team and communicating clearly.
- A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high standards.
- Organised and reliable, with strong time management skills.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating schedule.
