This role is ideal for those with experience in the armed forces, emergency services, care, or anyone who wants to give back to their community. What You’ll DoRespond in person to emergency calls in customers’ homes (e.g. falls, non-medical incidents)Provide reassurance, practical support, and help individuals regain safety and confidenceWork independently while supported by our 24/7 control centreThis is not a call handling or installation role - it’s hands-on, in-person support.
