Crynodeb
Based in the Royal Gwent Hospital and aligned to the in-patient community bedded wards, but working across the organisations inpatient settings, you will undertake a clinical leadership and operational role. You will support and develop the delivery of occupational therapy interventions, whilst carrying a varied caseload of people who have been admitted to hospital. Working in collaboration with the Professional Clinical Lead, the post holder will lead and influence the ongoing development of OT provision within clinical areas, with a focus on the rehabilitation and discharge to assess and recover service model.
