Part time, term time only.
Working hours (please note these will be split shifts early morning and after school): Vacancy 1: 25 hours per week whilst training, increasing to 27.5hrs per week once fully trained - 6-9am and 3:45-6:15pm Vacancy 2: 22.5hrs per week; fully qualified D1 licence holder RHS would consider a Full Clean Car Licence holder, willing to work towards the D1 licence to operate a 16-seat minibus. On completion of successful training, commit to a further 2 years in the post. Salary: £13.56 per hour
The role:
Royal High School Bath are looking for an enthusiastic part-time Minibus Driver to join our team.
As Minibus Driver, you will provide a reliable minibus service for our pupils, transporting them to and from the School, following routes and timetables as instructed. You may be required to take on additional driving duties from time to time to support additional school activities and events.
It is essential that you possess a full clean driving licence (including D1 minibus entitlement), excellent time management and outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to young people, parents and colleagues. Experience of driving passenger vehicles is highly desirable, but not essential. Possession of a current one-day first aid qualification and MIDAS training would be an advantage.
