Golden Owls Day Nursery is situated within the grounds of Goldsworth Primary School. We are a well-established, oversubscribed nursery. From September our provision is changing, and we will be providing full day care 37 weeks of the year during term time and will be open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. We are registered to look after 28 children aged between 2-4 years old.We are looking to appoint a qualified and experienced Nursery Support Level 3 to join our experienced friendly team. You will work as a member of the nursery team to ensure that all children who attend our nursery receive high quality care, are kept safe and receive rich and stimulating play experiences which meet their individual needs. A minimum Level 3 full and relevant childcare qualification
A commitment to ensuring that all our children can be the best they can be
A passion and enthusiasm to work with children
A positive, patient, and nurturing approach towards children
Confidence and is able to work one to one and deal with challenging situations
A positive attitude and approachable manner
A desire and ability to contribute fully to nursery life
High expectations of self and others
The ability to work flexibly as part of as team
The capability to develop effective relationships with children, colleagues and parents
Good communication skills (oral and written)
