Long Term Futures are proud to be working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Brent that is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for the new academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified HLTA who is eager to make a real impact by delivering lessons across the school and providing high-quality classroom support.

The school has a warm, community feel and is known for its supportive leadership team and commitment to providing the best possible education for all pupils. They are looking for a confident, enthusiastic professional who can manage behaviour effectively and bring strong subject knowledge to lessons.

The Role:
- Leading whole class teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 to cover teacher PPA time
- Supporting children's learning through a mix of small group instruction and full class delivery
- Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a positive learning atmosphere
- Supporting lesson planning and adapting resources to meet the needs of all learners
- Assisting with progress monitoring and reporting pupil development to class teachers
- Promoting high standards of learning and behaviour across the school

The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Level 4 HLTA qualification
- Has experience delivering lessons across primary key stages
- Demonstrates strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Is organised, reliable, and passionate about supporting pupils' development
- Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team
