Are you a qualified commercial gas engineer?
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join a prominent national Facilities Management (FM) organisation. This permanent, field-based role will see you contributing to a comprehensive range of building services, with a client-focused approach across various commercial office environments in the Grantham and Nottingham areas.
Responsibilities:
- Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance in commercial office environments.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, paperwork is accurate, and statutory requirements are met.
- Take part in an on-call rota for out-of-hours cover and proactively identify additional work opportunities.
- You'll also monitor sub-contractors for H&S compliance and quality.

Ideal Candidate:
- Mandatory Gas Certifications: COCN1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CDGA1, CIGA1 are essential.
- Experience within a facilities maintenance environment
- Full Clean UK driving licence
