We are seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join our team in providing exceptional care to individuals in their own homes.
The role involves assisting customers with daily activities, administering medication and ensuring their well-being.
No experience is required - we recruit for values and train for excellence!
However, if you do have care experience, please let us know!
Unfortunately we are not able to consider any candidates requiring sponsorship at this time.
YOU MUST LIVE IN THE OXFORDSHIRE AREA TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS POSITION.

PAID Induction training!
We will support you to develop:
- We provide an extensive induction programme with our in-house company trainer.
You will then have the support of our senior care team, and the management team throughout your 12-week probation period.
-If you are new to care, you will also have support to complete the Care Certificate.
Requirements:
- Excellent standard of English
- Driving Licence & Access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Available to work mornings from 7am and/or evenings up to 10pm
