Engagement & Resilience Mentor We require an Engagement & Resilience Mentor to support the development of student’s resilience and to enable students to succeed despite perceived barriers. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of working with young people with additional educational needs and an ability to engage constructively with a wide range of people including parents/carers and external agencies. The skills to lead and plan work for students Behaviour, Attendance, SEND or Safeguarding needs along with monitoring and evaluating student progress and achievements. Full training for successful applicant will be provided.
