Holidays tour operation supports both the trade and direct consumer through its ability to tailor-make each and every holiday style. Now, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Travel Specialist (Rail) to hop aboard our vibrant Sales team. Holidays brand - delivering exceptional sales performance across our diverse product portfolio while upholding the highest standards of customer service and maximising revenue. If you have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, a deep love for travel, and expertise in one or more of our specialist areas, we’d be excited to hear from you and explore how you can help drive our continued success.The ideal candidate will have experience in dynamic packaging and be familiar with one or more of the products we offer:Rail HolidaysTailor Made Holidays Europe & BeyondRiver Cruise, Ocean Cruise, Cruise Expedition HolidaysWe offer a basic salary up to £24,000 (Full Time Equivalent) along with an uncapped bonus scheme.Our Travel Specialists, once fully trained and confident in the role, can expect to earn an On-target performance (OTE) of £27,000 (Gross)This is a Full-Time position working 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday and Saturdays on a rota basis with a day in lieu.)This position can be based at our Head Office in Ipswich, alternatively we are open to remote home working candidates who have experience in the above specialist areas.To set you up for success, all remote team members will kick off their journey with a dynamic first week of training at our Head Office in Ipswich - a great opportunity to connect with the team and immerse yourself in the Fred.
