Senior Early Years Practitioner (Room Leader)
Location: Totley, S17 | Hours: 30–35 per week | Permanent Position
Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 qualified individual to join our warm and welcoming team in Totley.
This is a permanent position with room leader responsibilities, primarily to cover maternity leave so Ideally, you’ll be available to start as soon as possible.
What we’re looking for:
A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years or Childcare
At least 2 years’ experience working with children under 5 as a qualified member of staff
Some leadership experience would be a big plus, as you’ll be taking on room leader duties
A team player who is confident, kind, and passionate about high-quality early years care

The role:
30–35 hours per week (flexible hours available)
All-year-round setting (50 weeks a year)
Includes opening and/or closing shifts

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
