Supporting our Customers: Planned Investment Support Officer at

We’re looking for a Planned Investment Support Officer to play a key role in
supporting the delivery of Kingdom’s Planned Investment Programme.
This is an opportunity to shape how we work, ensuring that we’re committed to
delivering as One Kingdom to provide the highest standard of service to all of our
customers.

The Role

As a Planned Investment Support Officer, you’ll:
● Liaise directly with our customers to arrange access for visits and jobs to be
carried out.
● Assist with the project management of planned and cyclical maintenance
projects.
● Provide accurate and timely reports to relevant internal and external
customers.

You will assist with the project management of planned and cyclical maintenance
projects, ensuring projects are delivered in line with Kingdom standards, timescales
and budgets.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
● Has a HNC level qualification (or relevant experience) in a relevant subject.
● Ability to work accurately and to deadlines and timescales.
● Understanding of procurement regulations.
