Crynodeb
Working in a busy Residential Family Centre, you would be responsible for the following:
• Ensure that calls are answered promptly and transferred appropriately, whilst ensuring that the high quality, friendly, approachable and dependable standard of service provided by the Amber Office supports Statement of Purpose objectives.
• To ensure that staff at each Amber Family setting have the items and tools they need to carry out their roles.
• Ensure that each Amber Family setting has the appropriate items to support a new family’s arrival.
• Ensure comprehensive diary management including but not limited to, booking meeting rooms for interviews, court hearings, staff meetings and booking family time sessions into the Impact Hub diary.
• Maintain a meeting schedule for Support Worker meetings and Key Worker meetings and ensure diary invites are sent in a timely manner.
• Maintain the Amber Family Welcome Guides.
• Assist with preparation of documentation such as staff induction documents and staff training materials.
• Assist with administrative HR duties such as emailing application forms, liaising with applicants regarding interviews and house visits and scanning in of new staff documentation.
• Assist with administrative duties in relation to new family referrals including liaising with Local Authorities and forwarding documentation to the appropriate Registered Manager.
• Proof read and ensure documents are of a Court standard before being sent out to external parties.
Requirements:
• Understanding of the purpose of a Residential Family Centre
• Good standard of written English
• Organisation skills
• Ability to act on own initiative and manage own workload
