We have been providing a caring specialist transport service to improve people's quality of life for over 30 years and we know that having the right team is essential to delivering our high standards of passenger care.

We are looking for more than just experienced drivers. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a warm, positive and people focused attitude and who will go above and beyond to treat our passengers with care, dignity, and respect.

The successful post holder will join our team based in Mountain Ash, providing professional and high-quality care, collecting passengers from their homes and transporting them to different locations.
What We Expect from You

• Experience of driving larger vehicles/minibuses
• A full UK driving license with D1 entitlement/PSV/CPC
• Experience of transporting people or experience of providing care and support to individuals with different needs.
• A satisfactory enhanced DBS check
• A caring and compassionate nature
• Excellent communication skills
• Resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to meet the needs of the business and a willingness to work unsociable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays.
Hours Of Work

The successful applicant will be required to cover a 5-day working week (Monday to Friday) The hours worked each day will vary due to passenger numbers.
