Crynodeb

We are looking for a Personal Assistant for our chairman based at our Support Office in North Finchley.

Key Responsibilities:



Travel & Logistics: Arranging travel, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries for business or personal trips.





Meeting & Event Coordination: Organizing meetings, conferences, and other events, including logistics, venue selection, and catering.





Administrative Support: Preparing documents, reports, presentations, and other materials, managing files, and maintaining databases.





Project Coordination: Supporting project management activities, tracking timelines, and providing updates.





Financial Tasks: Handling expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.





Research: Conducting research on various topics as needed.





Diary Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, managing calendars, and setting reminders.


Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, acting as a point of contact, and managing communication flow.



Skills & Qualifications:



Organization & Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.





Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills.





Technical Proficiency: Competence in using various software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems, and other relevant applications.





Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to identify and resolve issues, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing situations.





Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.





Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.





Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
