Job Title: Clinical Lead
Introduction:
We are looking for a Clinical Lead to join a well-established company and a dedicated team. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while developing your career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor all supervisory duties for the unit.
Set work schedules, delegate assignments, assign tasks, and evaluate employee job performance.
Ensure adherence to company and unit policies and procedures in the best interests of the service users.
Provide preceptorship for less experienced nurses and new staff, offering clinical support until they are competent in their roles.
Set goals and standards for the unit and conduct regular staff meetings.
Be responsible and accountable for implementing and maintaining regulated activities.
Ensure that care is delivered in a person-centred manner, in line with company policies and procedures.
Contribute towards attaining an Outstanding Rating as per the organisation's aims and objectives.

Candidate Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNDL) with experience in elderly care
Minimum of three years' management experience within elderly care
Strong communication and leadership skills
Prior clinical and administrative experience
Training in nursing and management
