Arc is hiring experienced bar staff to join our team for the Powderham Castle Presents Events with DURAN DURAN and BASEMENT JAXX and Gone Wild Festival 2025. Known for its vibrant atmosphere, eclectic music, and stunning countryside setting, It is the place to be this summer – and we need talented bartenders to keep the party flowing!
What We’re Looking For:
Previous bar experience – events, festivals, pubs, or bars
Confidence handling high volumes, pouring pints, and mixing drinks
Great customer service skills and a positive attitude
Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
Friendly, professional, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
Festival experience is a plus, but not essential!
