We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to join a well-established and thriving nursery in the Warwick area. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a welcoming, stimulating, and family-friendly environment.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Warwickshire (commutable from Warwick, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Stratford-Upon-Avon)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the nursery
Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted requirements
Provide high-quality early years education and care
Inspire, support, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding practice
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider community
Maintain occupancy through effective marketing and excellent customer service
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years (as defined by the Department for Education)
Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience
At least 1 year in a nursery management or leadership role
Enhanced DBS check (child workforce)
Paediatric First Aid (12-hour) certificate
Up-to-date safeguarding training
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
