Job Summary:
People Partners are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development and well-being of young children. You will play a vital role in supporting their learning through play, ensuring their safety, and fostering positive relationships with both children and parents.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery setting.
Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records of their development.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and ensure a supportive environment.
Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Lead by example, demonstrating positive behaviour and encouraging children to develop social skills.
Support the nursery team in maintaining a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for all children.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of nursery practices and early childhood education principles.
Experience working with children in a childcare setting is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
Leadership qualities to guide and inspire both children and colleagues.
Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a busy environment.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
