Crynodeb
The post holder is responsible for the provision of a high quality clinical pharmacy service which meets the needs of patients and healthcare professionals within and associated with the Trust. Provides a highly specialised clinical pharmacy service to the Emergency Department (ED) in conjunction with senior staff plans. Takes a lead role in developing and implementing medicine management systems concerned with the admissions process. Undertakes clinical supervision of pharmacy staff and teaching of nursing and medical staff. Is professionally accountable for any pharmacy function for which they assume responsibility.

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services, including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics, and maternity services.
