Are you a strategic leader with a passion for excellence in facilities management? We're looking for a confident and experienced Account Director to take the lead at one of our flagship PFI healthcare sites.
What You'll Be Doing:
As the Account Director, you'll be the driving force behind the delivery of high-quality Hard FM services at South West Acute Hospital.
You will:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated on-site team to deliver outstanding service.- Oversee all operational and financial aspects of the PFI contract.- Ensure full compliance with industry standards, regulations, and contractual obligations.- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the key point of contact for operational matters.- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and drive continuous improvement.- Manage budgets, forecast performance, and contribute to business growth.

We're seeking a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You'll bring:
